Clean first, then paint
A roof paint job starts with the clean. Lichen and chalk left on the tile sit under the coating and the finish fails early. The softwash is part of the painting job, not something we skip to get off the roof faster.
Once the tile is actually clean and dry, it gets painted. The point is an even colour and a sealed surface, not a different roof. We'll tell you if the tile is too far gone to be worth painting. Some roofs want replacing, not a coat of paint, and we'll say that.

Where we paint
We paint roofs through Wollongong, Sydney, Nowra and the Southern Highlands. Coastal salt and Highland damp are hard on bare tile, which is usually why someone calls about paint in the first place. The quote still depends on the roof in front of us, not the postcode.
If you only want it cleaned, book a roof clean. Painting is the extra step when you want the colour back. We won't talk you into paint on a roof that washes up fine.
