Who we are
Chelin Pressure Cleaning is run by Matt Chelin in Wollongong, NSW, Australia. This policy covers personal information we collect when you call, email, or use the quote form on this website.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email, suburb, the service you want, and any note you add about the job. If you ring or email, we keep what you tell us so we can quote and do the work. Please don't send sensitive information (health, identity documents, or anything you wouldn't put on a job card). We don't need it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, price the job, book the work, and contact you about that job. We don't sell personal information. We don't pass it to other cleaners. If a supplier or insurer needs a detail to do their part of a job you've booked, we'll only share what that requires.
Where it sits
Phone calls and emails stay in the phone and the email account for cpcwollongong@gmail.com. The website form is not yet stored on a server. Until that's connected, details typed into the form stay on your device unless you email or call them through. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them for the quote, the job, and ordinary record keeping, then delete them.
Cookies
This site doesn't set marketing cookies and doesn't run a Meta pixel or Google Analytics tag. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Access and correction
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by emailing cpcwollongong@gmail.com or calling 0435 474 684. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
