Exterior softwash
Softwash is for the parts of the house you shouldn't hit with a pressure washer. Render, painted walls, cladding and fences. The treatment does the work.

Why it isn't a pressure wash
Pressure strips paint, scars render and forces water into places it shouldn't go. Green growth on a wall is the same problem as green growth on a tile: it needs a treatment, then a gentle rinse. That's the day-and-night difference. A hard wash often just smears the surface and leaves the growth in the substrate.
Driveways are a different job. Hard concrete can take pressure, and those exterior cleans start from $180. Walls, render and most fences can't. If you're not sure which one your place needs, say so on the quote and we'll tell you straight.
What we softwash
House walls, render, cladding, and fences that have gone green or black. Two-storey places are common from Wollongong through Sydney, and the height is part of the quote, not a surprise on the day.
Exterior softwash from $249. A single-storey cottage and a two-storey rendered house are not the same job, so $249 is the start. Free quote for the actual place.
Photos
The house photo on this page is a place we were on. It isn't a before and after of a wall wash. The clearest before-and-afters we have up are roofs, in the gallery, and they show the same treatment doing the work.
We've been doing this for 3.5 years. The softwash is the part people notice once it's done.
